We will design Heating, Air Conditioning and Ventilation systems for your new building or for buildings being renovated. Our service includes determining the best system(s) applicable, and if required, working with appropriate engineers to determine required equipment, etc. If the job warrants stamped Engineer’s drawings, we will look after that aspect also. We will work with you to assure the system(s) recommended fits your budget and your construction schedule.
We are also involved in the Select Bid/Spec market. We employ the latest computerized estimating
programs to accurately determine the cost of each job.
Our Construction crew includes a full complement of our own licensed technicians and expert subtrades.
We pride ourselves in jobs that are properly supervised, efficiently installed, and inspected by
the appropriate Engineers and City inspectors. Each Construction estimator is responsible for all aspects
of the job. This includes the design of the job, competitive pricing, ordering of equipment, attending
all sight meetings, coordination of the sub-trades, and the quick resolution of any problems
that may arise on the project.
