Title: Senior Project Manager

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time

Salary: To be negotiated, Bonus

Anticipated Start Date: October 2009

Location: Port Coquitlam, British Columbia

Education: Completion of college/CEGEP/trade or technical training, Completion of university

Credentials (certificates, licenses, memberships, courses, etc.): Professional Engineer Certification (P. Eng.), Construction Trade Certification, Occupational Health and Safety Certificate, Gold Seal membership in the Canadian Construction Association

Experience: 10 years or more

Languages: Speak English, Read English, Write English clearly and effectively

Type of Experience: Commercial HVAC/Mechanical Plumbing Construction

Specific Skills: You will ideally be a PEng with a proven background in Plumbing/Mechanical and HVAC construction installation.
You will have at least 5-10 years experience in medium to large projects such as hospitals, laboratories, recreational facilities, residential tower projects $50 to $100 million.
Heading up a strong Project Management team, you will be responsible for overseeing more than $60 million of construction projects underway in British Columbia.
The company plans to double its sales over the next 3 years and it needs you to help, inspire, lead, and deliver quality and excellence while you grow the team.
